Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.
Furthermore featured in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend identifying different sections of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
